A good keen Massey girl, Michelle originates from the Bay. Her rural affiliation comes from a sheep & beef farming family. However she has built a profile more recently in the Dairy Industry. Personally enjoyed elite success in the Dairy Industry Awards and continues to support the development of young enterprise in the sector. She brings with her a wealth of personal experience in the Equity Partnership space. She enjoys working with farm owners and accompanying them through every stage of business they are at.

Michelle sits on the Howard Estate Advisory Board which manages Smedley Station, she sits on the Maraekakaho School Board of Trustees and is a current member of the NZ Board of Directors.

She has two children and loves spending her spare time with them. She tells us it’s a tough job keeping up with the mountain biking, water skiing and swimming that this brings currently!
