The next generation of Cash Manager RURAL is here! Cash Manager has been leading the market with farming software for quite some time and they have developed their product into a fully new cloud-based solution. Gone are the days of needing a windows-based machine and having the software installed onto your computer. Cloud based means it will be more portable and easier to access real time information and keep information up to date. Cash Manager Focus can be accessed anywhere, anytime, on any device that has an internet connection. Not only has it been upgraded into the cloud it has a whole new look and feel which we love. Cash Manager Focus has all the features farmers need for compliance, planning and making decisions with confidence.
Moving their platform online is not an easy process so will be released in sections. The initial release was in March 2018 where it was only recommended that new clients signed up. Current Cash Manager RURAL online clients have been advised to wait to take them up on the move until they have released the ability to transfer their data from their current subscription to the new online platform. For many of our farming clients, hearing about Cash Manager Focus has been a tease of what they really want so we are hoping this will be released by the end of the year.

- Attractive dashboard screen giving you a snapshot of how your farm is tracking
- The Actuals screen is very nice to navigate around. Here it shows your bank transactions on the right - hand side that have feed automatically into Cash Manager Focus from your bank, ready to be matched to a transaction in Cash Manager Focus

Potential downfalls compared with Cash Manager RURAL Online:
- No longer an integrated wagebook available, there will be the ability to connect specialised payroll solutions to Cash Manager Focus
- The debtors module that could be purchased alongside Cash Manager RURAL online will no longer be an option, instead debtor software solutions will be able to connect to Cash Manager Focus
