Have your customer and supplier details on hand – whenever you need them! The Xero app makes it easy to look up addresses, quickly find phone numbers, and add and edit contacts on the spot.

· What’s coming? Xero Expenses…

The receipt processing feature of the Xero app is going to become even more powerful by reducing data entry through automatic scanning of receipts. The more you use this feature the smarter Xero will become. After taking a photo of your receipt, Xero will use AI technology to scan the details of the receipt and prepopulate this information for you. Information such as:

• Where you made the purchase
• The date of purchase
• The dollar value of the purchase
• Xero will also have a go at coding the expense for you as well

You can currently experience this feature free until 28 September 2018, after this date Xero expenses will be an automatic feature for all standard Xero users.
